The owners of this house loved living here, however, the kitchen felt a little small and lacked light and connection to the garden. The family wanted to create a larger, more sociable kitchen diner in which they could appreciate the garden. The existing reception room was relocated to the front of the house, replacing the dining room which was only really used at Christmas. An extension was created to house the kitchen and tied in with the reception room, now used for dining and seating. The result was a very bright, contemporary space that the family now really enjoy.
